    VL-12 Vertical Turret Lathe
      • Excellent for machining heavy & precise-symmetric aero spaceparts. Housing type lathe structure achieves maximum rihidity and stability.
      • Pendant controller with counterbalance weight provides convenient and comfortable operations.
      • Can be fitted with automatic measuring probe(optional) for conveniently measuring parts on the machine.
      • The accumulator maintains positive fastening effect of the cross rail, not affected by accidental power failure.
      • The vertical lathe frame is manufactured from Meehanite cast iron or welded steel plate, tempered to relieve stress for maximum durability.

    VL-20 Vertical Turret Lathe
      • The machine frame is manufactured from Meehanite cast iron or welded steel plate, tempered to relieve stress for maximum durability.
      • The double racks are precision ground to ensure high positioning accuracy of cross rail.
      • The cross rail features anti-loose function, not affected by accidental power failure.
      • Rapid feed rate for cross rail up to 400 mm/min. Automatic tool changer. Advanced centralized lubrication system has safety guards.
      • Z-axis linear scale produces closed loop feedback control for long term accuracy.

    VL-25 Vertical Turret Lathe
      • Lathe Capacity swing diameter 3000 mm, working height 1960 mm, loading capacity 20 tons, torque 2500 kgf/m.
      • Table diameter 2500 mm, speed 1.6-160 (Stepless). Power consumption 80 KVA. Dimensions width 4590 mm, depth 6250 mm, height 6300 mm.
