Housing type Vertical Lathe machine structure achieves maximum rihidity and stability. The machine frame is manufactured from Meehanite cast iron or welded steel plate, tempered to relieve stress for maximum durability. Vertical lathe double racks are precision ground to ensure high positioning accuracy of cross rail.The cross rail features anti-loose function, not affected by accidental power failure. The accumulator maintains positive fastening effect of the cross rail, not affected by accidental power failure.

Rapid feed rate for cross rail up to 400 mm/min. Z-axis linear scale produces closed loop feedback control for long term accuracy. Pendant controller with counterbalance weight provides convenient and comfortable operations. Advanced centralized lubrication system has safety guards. Our vertical lathe can be fitted with automatic measuring probe(optional) for conveniently measuring parts on the machine.
